Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Very good and very simple. I melted the chocolate chips in the microwave. Use 50% power and check every 30-45 seconds until melted.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
Very good recipe. I made these in foil muffin cups to take to a pot luck. I baked them at 375 for about 30 minutes. They were a great hit.

Simple Country Ribs
I've made this several times now and get rave reviews every time I do. The left-overs make great sandwiches.
