Best Darn Minestrone Soup Around

the soup tasted really good. My only complaint is about the macaroni. It gets really soggy and gross. I ruined the whole batch of soup because I added the pasta in then cooked like the directions say. the problem was the left over soup... I ended up throwing it out due to the mushy past. Next time I would just add the pasta per serving.

Coconut Curry Tofu

This is a great recipe where you can add or omit ingredients to taste. I comes together quickly so dont let the long list of ingredeints put you off. the flavors are rich and earthy with a little heat and sweetness. yum!

just okay. I love black beans but this recipe was dry and bland. Just not a great veggie burger. maybe with all the reccomended tweaks these would be good?

Meringue Mushrooms

OMG these came out so life like! A mushroom hating friend refused to beleive they were candy until I persauded him it was chocolate and sugar. I will make these again.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

I love this recipe. it is super easy and the resulting beans are flavorful and creamy. I reduced the salt by half and used the whole jalepeno pepper. I have used these beans spread over corn tortillas and toped with a poached egg for breakfast, as a dip with chips, and in burritos! these are fantastic!
