I have just recently discovered the joys of cooking. All things vegetarian. I grew up eating food from a box so I want to finally learn how to cook healthy good food. I finally made a meal last week that wasn't from a box and was amazingly delicious for the first time in my life! It was the recipe for the best vegetarian chili in the world and I must say it does live up to its name. I tried to make enchiladas for my family once and remember them all sitting in silence trying to down my super runny corn tortilla slop.
