Pressure Cooker Beef Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
I loved this chili and will use the recipe often. Hubby thought that it was too spicy for him but not for me. Really bold flavors and so easy to make. Thanks so much for this recipe. By the way I did add a can of beans because we do love beans in chili.

Grands!® Chicken-Bacon Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
These were very good. Hubby and Son-in-law devoured them and said that they thought that they were different. Fairly easy to make. Would have liked a little more instruction regarding the contact grill. I used my George Foreman but did not know what temp to heat it to. I tried 350 first and then increased it to 400. I think that the 400 degree temp was probably better. Thanks for the recipe. BTW I followed the recipe exactly.

Grandwich Breakfast Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
We really liked these sandwiches. I did change this a little and used extra sharp cheddar rather than the American cheese called for. I also put up some of these for breakfast during the week. Wrapped them in paper towels so we can just pop them in the microwave and out the door. Perfect!!!!

Roasted Green Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
For us, this was just okay. The olive oil kind of over-powered the green beans. Could have been that I added too much but I just coated them. Will try again sometime and will revise my review if necessary. Thanks for posting the recipe

Roasted Roma Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
We just loved this dressing. I had to use cherry tomatoes as that is what I had on hand. This is the only change that I made to this recipe. It had a deep tangy flavor and we truly enjoyed it. Thanks so much for posting.

Potato Chip Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
I thought that this was pretty good. Like others I did not see the point of marinating when you are only using salt and pepper so I skipped this step. I used regular Lays potato chips and thought that was a good flavor. With a nice salad made a good and easy dinner. Thanks for posting the recipe.

Lemony Caesar Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
Sorry but neither my husband nor I cared for this dressing. The flavors were so very strong. The garlic, lemon juice and mustard were all fighting each other. This is a personal view so maybe others will enjoy it. Thanks for posting

Crayfish or Shrimp Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2012
We actually really liked this recipe with one fault. It was so salty. Don't get me wrong I love salt hate sweets but this was way out of bounds. I didn't even use the amounts called for in the recipe but it was still way too salty. I added some white wine to try to tame it but that did not really work. I would recommend this recipe with one change. That is to use a homemade cajun seasoning so that you could regulate the salt content.

Parsnip Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2012
I don't think that the flour in this recipe added anything to the taste of the parsnips. I think that I would prefer the version that does not use flour and are baked in the oven. Thanks for posting.

Hubby just loved this recipe. Have to admit though that I did not add the citrus juices. I just cannot handle fruit and savory stuff together. Just a personal preference. Thanks so much for posting the recipe.

Amazing Whipped Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2012
This was really good. However, I did not add the milk or sour cream as it would have made the potatoes way too watery. The were the perfect texture with just the butter and cream cheese. Thanks for posting the recipe
