Pork Carnitas with Cilantro Tomatillo Sauce

Loved, loved , loved this recipe. I am a huge fan of pork so enjoyed making and eating it. Took a little longer to cook than stated but that might have been my fault in that I think that I used too much liquid. End result was still great.

Greek-Seasoned T-Bone Steaks with Cucumber and Tomato Salad

We thought that this was pretty good, however, I think that the temperatures given in the recipe are way too high. For medium rare I cook to about 125. With a 10 minute resting time it is perfectly medium rare. To cook to 165 for medium for me would be way overdone. Of course this is totally subjective. We only eat organic beef and a T-bone was not available so I used a Rib eye. Spices were nice. Thanks.

This was delicious. Have to say that I am not an avocado fan but loved the creaminess in this dish. Would be a great quick weeknight dinner with left over rotisserie chicken. We just loved it. Thanks for the recipe. I did add a little more cheese on top and used Oaxaca cheese instead of the Swiss. Just because I had it in the house.

Cajun Chicken Ragu

This was really good but like another reviewer mentioned it seemed that it needed something. I added a little extra spice, oregano, and about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Just seemed as if it needed some acid. I loved those changes.

Johnsonville® Italian Sausage and Pepper Medley

We just loved this. I have to admit that this is not the first time that I have made this, we have it regularly. Love this sausage and we usually eat it as a sandwich. Tomatoes on the bottom of the bread with sausage, onions and peppers piled on top. Too yummy.

Kim's Prime Rib

This rib roast turned out really, really well. I wasn't a huge fan of the marinade taste but the method of cooking was perfect. Everyone loved it. Will definitely use this again. Thanks so much for posting the recipe. As an additional note, I cooked this to 125 degrees, 45 minutes at 440 degrees and then 1 and 3/4 of an hour at 200 degrees for a 6 lb roast. I then let it sit for 30 minutes to rest. Perfectly cooked for our taste.

Carly's Salmon En Papillote (In Paper)

This was a great recipe for salmon. I usually don't care for lemon with fish but this was very mild. The salmon stayed very moist and was delicious. Served it with New Potatoes with Caper Sauce from this site and we just loved it. Thanks for posting the recipe.
