The cheesecakes themselves were very good - worth 5 stars, however not very practical to eat from the paper muffin cup. I added mint not only for decoration but also chopped up some fresh mint and sprinkled over the top (my husband's idea) and it gave great additional flavor. I am considering to mix them into the cream-cheese mixture next time as sprinkled on top resembled spring onions slightly :) By the way, accidentally I mixed up vanilla extract with almond extract but it ended up still being great, provided you like almond flavor.
