Irish Spicy Cornbread
Moist and flavorful. I usually burn cornbread when I try to fix it in an iron skillet but this was perfect. My cornbread hating husband even liked it deeming it "non gritty". I will happily fix this again!

Quick Black Forest Cake
This recipe would be a five star but I always have trouble getting the glaze to turn out. After fixing it several times as written my favorite variation is to make it a bundt cake and use the satiny chocolate glaze recipe by Ginger. I've also fixed it in a casserole dish and topped it with more cherry pie filling and whip creme. It's wonderfully decadent that way! Either way it's an easy cake to make and receives wonderful compliments. My very picky aunt even asked for the recipe! Note--if you need to make this gluten free I've tried this recipe with the Betty Crocker Devil's Food gluten free mix and it turned out great. No one knew the difference.

I loved the way the naan turned out! I didn't have any problem with the dough rising. I added a tablespoon of sugar to the yeast/warm water and put the dough in a warm place which probably helped. My first batch didn't turn out as well as the later ones because I didn't roll the dough thin enough. Once I adjusted that the later batches turned out great. You can cook this over the stove as well on medium heat.
