Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
I put the first 3 ingredients in my Cuisinart without the blade, and then drop the dough blade after a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until it comes together. Let it rest for 5 and knead 'till I get a windowpane. I oil a half-sheet pan and press the dough out . It is a cross between Sicilian and Chicago style . This also makes a great bread stick. Roll out to a square, lay strips on a parchment covered sheet pan, brush with garlic parsley butter and herbs, a sprinkle of garlic then parm and mozz. Yummy. This is a fantastic dough of you like chewy crusts. Thanks for the recipe. Needs no planning. I can throw this together quicker than ordering a $20 pie...it costs me less than frozen and tastes fantastic!

Best Guacamole
Add finely shredded iceburg lettuce to extend the receipe (as you use oatmeal/bread crumbs in meatloaf) to suit your taste, some diced tomatoes, and a tsp of ground cumin.

London Broil II
PS. You will see "Flank Steak" (belly meat) or "London Broil" (top or bottom round) Not the same meat or flavor. Always serve the round at medium rare or less. In a pinch you can use flap meat (my personal favorite).
