A very simple, very tasty recipe that produced two fluffy, delicious loaves of bread. I only managed to use 5C of flour before my stand mixer threatened to mutiny, and I still wound up with two *large* loaves. I used 1/4C of sugar, which seemed to be just the right amount of sweetness. The loaves were a shade on the bland side, so next time I'll increase the amount of salt and maybe try substituting melted butter for the vegetable oil to give a bit more flavour to the bread. Definitely one of the better bread recipes I've ever tried!
