About this Cook
I am a mother of 2 pre-teens. One boy and one Girl. I work full time as an supervisor at a hotel.
My favorite things to cook
Salmon patties!! YUMMY!!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
This christmas(2008)I baked cookies with my daughter. We had some failures with some cookies. Its a long story but we caught the oven on fire. We had so much fun baking and decorating them. We baged them up and passed them out as gifts. I think we might have just started a tradition. i can hardly wait till next year!
My cooking triumphs
MEAT LOAF!! My Dad loved my meatloaf.
My cooking tragedies
Fried Chicken! It never fries right for me. It is either burnt or soggy.

The Best Meatloaf
I liked this meat loaf. I did make a small change, I used the 3 tablespoons of the steak sauce in the mixture but i used ketchup for the top. It was so yummy that the kids were fighting over the last slice.
