I have found during this part of the year, just before spring, that I am very sluggish. It is like I don't want to do anything. I do not want to back slide because I have lost 25 pounds so far and people are commenting on how good I look. I have to come up with some kicks in the butt to get me motivated again. We got a Wii game for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I have asked for Wii Fit for my birthday, March 5. I have also weeded out cookbooks, and recipes I have never used. Getting back on track with health.
