Pizza Dough I

I think this dough was great!!! I made pizza with fire roasted tomatoes and parm and mozz cheese. I brushed the crust with evoo and garlic mixture. It came out amazing. I served it with tomato salad with evoo and balsamic vinegar. Delish!

Crispy Orange Beef

I am giving this 3 stars because my husband and BIL did not have anything good to say about it except that it was very crispy....I personally thought it was great and I did not have any rice wine vinegar so I diluted some white wine vinegar which is a good substitute. Thank u for a good recipe!

Classic Tiramisu

I made this for a dinner party my in-laws were invited to and i got rave reviews back on it. i personally don't think I will be doing the step with egg yolk. I will just mix the mascarpone cheese with the cream. I used coffee flavored mascarpone cheese and used starbucks italian roast instant coffee and it came out great. The egg gave it a real eggy smell that i don't like.

Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

wowwwwwwww! everyone that tried this cheesecake thought it was from a bakery! i did not change a thing about this recipe>>>i only baked it in a bain marie and it came out so soft and deliscious! thank you soooooooo much for this! Whoever your grandma was should be sooooo proud!

Nannie's Hot Milk Sponge Cake

I loved this recipe!!! I made it for a last min tea and coffee gathering with my sister-in-law, nieces and two friends....it came out very fluffy and yummy. In Turkey cake is usually light and fluffy like this so it was great! I put a 1/4 cup of butter in the milk and made the batter this way. I buttered a springform pan and made it in that. I generally grease my cake pans when I bake a cake...so I didn't even see that it didn't state whether to grease ur pan or not I did it purely out of habit and am glad I did bc when I went back to read the reviews I saw a lot of people had trouble bc they didn't grease their pan. The outside came out crunchy and chewy and the inside was beautifully spongy!! I loved it! Thank u!!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

This was deliscious!!! I doubled the recipe and made into a pound cake by putting it into a loaf pan...it felt like it weighed more than a pound!!! I used avocado oil and used only 2/3 cup of that and used 1 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup sour cream....I also want to say if u make it this way by doubling and putting in a loaf pan it takes forever to bake...next time I will not double it. It was really moist and I burned a little bit of it bc it was cooked in some parts and not other...anyway I will tweak this some but overall very delish and worth the wait!

Mother's Day Pie

made this for my husband's christmas party at work and they loved it! I did not have evaporated milk so i used heavy cream and whole milk mixed together and i added more cocnut to the mixture! it was very creamy and i did not get a chance to taste but since hubby came back with and empty pie plate and requests for more i am thinking it was a hit! thanks!!!

Oil Pie Crust

out of all the pie crusts that i have made i thought this was by far the most flakiest! I added a little more milk because it was a bit dry and left it in the fridge for about 30 minutes and it came out spectacular! i used it for apple pie by grandma ople and it was the perfect compliment! I rolled it out beween two plastic wraps and it was very easy to use! thank you!

this was simply the most amazing pie!!!!!! i think if u r contemplating on making this u need to just make it because the reviews are all right!!! the only thing i made differently was that i used a 9 inch pie plate and used 6 large green apples and added cinnamon to the syrup> i also brushed the pie crust with the syrup! very very yummmmmmmmmm!!!! thank u!!!

ok so the day of ashure is coming up this week and since i have never made ashure because my mom or aunt or sister in law makes it i decided to give it a try>>>>>it was very yummy....i have never had this with orange peel so it was a nice touch. I garnished it with pomegranite seeds and ground hazelnuts>>>very good! YOU can also make this with green grapes instead of raisins and also dried figs. Thank you aslicik!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I

OMG!!!!! these are so friggin good! first of all i love big fat soft and chewy cookies>>>>based on the reviews i added one extra cup of flour and also used extra dark unsweetened cocoa powder and also milk and white chips in addition to the semi sweet on. They came out so yummy but not fat:(...that's ok though bc the taste makes up for it. I also baked them on parchment paper for easy cleanup! thank you!!!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

yummy!!!! we loved this! it was soft and chewy! i dipped it in butter and covered with cinnamon sugar. THe only thing I would change is the amount of baking soda in the water bc it really came through after the baking process. Thank u!!!!!!!

this was very simple and yummy to make. VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERrrrry fluffy! My niece and I made it to frost some vanilla cupcakes from this site> Very good! do not change a thing bc it is yummy as is! We used a hand mixer and it came out light.

As is this is a three star recipe but we tweaked it to make it taste good> first we had no self rising flour so we mixed baking powder with regular flour and lessened the butter bc it is very buttery and we also added milk bc it was very sticky and needed liquid> it came out light and fluffy.

Kale and Banana Smoothie

I really loved this because it is so healthy and chock full of vitamins and nutrients> mine was not sweet because I used an unripe banana but i am sure if i use a ripe banana it would be sweeter> the only thing i changed was using honey instead of maple syrup. nom nom nom!!!!
