Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
Just made this tonight and it was amazing. Will definitely be making again. I used butter (smart balance) and since I didn't have any white wine i followed another person's suggestion of using apple juice. So juicy and flavorful! We had it on a bed of white rice and it was an excellent combination.

Cinnamon Rice with Apples

I loved this! I made it with pork chops and it complimented it perfectly. I didn't have raisins so I substituted it with craisins and it was so delicious!

Skillet Vegetable

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
I can't rate it five because I changed so much of it, however the base of this recipe is great. I didn't have cabbage so I omitted it. I didn't have celery seed so i substituted fennel seed, and i didn't have celery salt so i substituted garlic salt. End result was great! I loved the worcestershire sauce flavor, but to be fair I love that flavor haha. I also paired with a little bit of fat free cheese and fat free sour cream. Yum!

This was really excellent! We baked it instead of microwaving it, and it came out wonderfully :-)

Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
These cookies were amazing! They're very similar to cookies I've been making for years but the touch of cinnamon is inspiring. I think next time I might sub out 1 cup of chocolate chips for 1 cup of white chocolate chips.

Easy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
Loved this! I can't give it 5 stars because I changed it a lot based on what I had in the cupboard, but it was a great base to work from. Used a can of corn, minced red onion, chopped red pepper, fresh cilantro, lemon juice and crushed red pepper. It was delish! Will definitely make again.

I just made this to bring to a friend's get-together and everyone LOVED it! I used chunky peanut butter because it's all I had, and everyone really enjoyed it. it added a new texture to the dessert that they didn't expect. It was so easy, and so delicious!

Cola Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
These were absolutely delicious! I halved the recipe as it was only for two people (we're big eaters haha) and I added some Worchester sauce, some onions and minced garlic as well. I served this with some homemade potato chips and we LOVED it! Will be making again very soon.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
these were AMAZING cookies! light and soft on the inside, but crisp on the outside. I did add 1/2 tsp of salt, but other than that I left the recipe unaltered. SO delicious! I will be making these again and again and again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
This was a great recipe and so easy! I did add some spices - cumin, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper. Instead of water I used chicken broth. I added 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies. Also I only used one tin of dough and that was plenty. It was hearty and comfortable haha! I will definitely make this again.
