Eggless Tofu Spinach Quiche
the was really good after desiring to try tofu again after the first attempt ten years ago this is a winner my family had no idea it was tofu! Excellent recipe

this was very easy to follow and I stuck with the recipe on this one the outcome was good but not quite what i was looking for

Sweet Potato Pie I
Pie turned out great I used recipe because I recently moved and did not have my grandmothers recipe with me but I don't think anyone noticed. I did substitute 1/4 of the milk for orange juice b/c that is one of my grandmothers secret tips
