Baked Ziti Casserole

Buffalo Chicken Dip

White Bean Dip

Since I'm a vegetarian, I've never ate these but my VERY PICKY husband absolutely loves them. He usually has complaints or "suggestions" after every recipe I make for him, and he had none. Very impressive.

Refried Bean Enchiladas

Yummy - This was a wonderful recipe! Easy and Delicious. The enchilada sauce came out great! I used corn tortillas instead of flour, added cumin, chili powder and scallions to the bean mixture and used "taco" cheese instead of cheddar. Can't wait to make this for company!
