Chicken and Pea Casserole
Sinple recipe and it turned out great. The only thing I changed was that I didn't have peas so I substituted green beans instead. I made it for our weekly community group dinner and got lots of compliments.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are AMAZING! So easy to make and they turned out perfect. My husband is a huge fan of peanut butter cookies so has tried his share of different recipes. He said that these cookies were by far the best cookies I have ever made and quite possibly the best cookies he's ever had! That's a winner in my book. Oh and I loved them too, which makes them all the better! Don't change a thing, the recipe is perfect.

Butternut Squash Soup
Delicious! I made this for some friends this past fall and it turned out really good. I ended up trying to cut the squash while it was raw.... a bad idea. It was really difficult and took a long time. I should have taken the advice of the other comments and cooked it first before trying to cut it.
