Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad
I thought that this was a bit...how should I say...'drippy'. But my boyfriend loved it long time, so it gets five stars cuz he is a picky as a 6 year old. :-)

Ann's Dirty Rice
I haven't had dirty rice since I was a kid. This didn't taste exactly how I remember it, but it was good. Even my picky Aussie boyfriend liked it. I'll make it for my sister next week and see what she thinks. :-)

Chocolate Hazelnut Fruit Crepes
wow. I made these (and beignets) last Sunday for a brunch and everyone was falling over themselves...I will totally make these again. :-)
