Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
Yummy! I love it! I have also used peanut butter chips and raspberry swirled chips for variety. I like big cookies, so I used an ice cream scoop and baked for 12-14 mins. delicious!

Very tasty. However, my rice was not cooked all the way. next time will pre cook rice half way then add tomato paste to replace the tomato juice.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
Yummy! Although the topping was a bit too sweet for me. I think that i will use half of the sugar in the topping.Oh, and definitely use the 9x13 pan. I used the 8x8 pan and had to bake for twice as long! I know it doesn't seem to be able to fill the pan, but it expands a lot as it cooks.

Quick Biscuits

I love this recipe! It takes hardly any time at all. I read the reviews and decided to add cheese to the mix; yummy. You will need to add extra liquid. I used cream this time but think I will use melted butter next time and buttermilk instead of cream. I do so love a buttery bisquit!!

Warm Apple Buttermilk Custard Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
My family loves it! My mom is the bake sale guru and she asked me to make this for an upcoming sale at our church. Allher stuff is quality controlled and more or less gourmet; so I was thrilled she loved it. A quick note....I used 3 medium apples and the recipe made enough for 2 shallower pies.

Oregano Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
SUPER GOOD!!! my kids actually loved it and they can be picky. I did add a little parmesean cheese into the mixture prior to cooking and I doubled the butter( hey, you cant have too much!). I served over rice and wished I had made a double batch. I had leftovers(very little) with some noodles and even that was good!! a keeper for sure.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
you can't go wrong with a classic! I grew up having dill pickle and mayo in with my cheese and still having it fried with butter! It was on whole wheat granola bread so that must make it "Healthy". I like to make mine with pepperjack cheese! Ole!

Fresh Pumpkin Pie

LIght and refreshing. I give this a 4 because of the spices. I personally like a little more traditional taste. However, this is a very nice spin on an old favorite!
