Grilled Asparagus
We loved this. The asparagus has a nice crunch to it. We added a little bit of fresh crused garlic for some added flavor and it was great. Awesome side/compliment to our steaks!

Spinach Brownies
Wonderful!! I followed the recipe almost exactly except I used half the onion, added fresh chopped garlic and mushroom. Next time I may try adding a few pieces of bacon for extra flavor! And I think I may use about half of the butter that the recipe calls for.

Tasty Baked Meatballs
Mmmm so good and easy to make! The only thing I changed is that instead of dry onion soup mix I used italian dressing mix for some extra flavor. It was so yummy, I'll only make meatballs with this recipe from now on!
