Apple Squares
AWESOME! Followed directions but doubled and put in 9x13 pan. Baked about 35 minutes and when golden brown and bounced back! I used a combination of Granny Smiths and a Honey Crisp--wonderful! I then put a little carmel glaze over the top. I just thinned down the carmel apple dip you can get in the produce dept.--I took it to church council and served with a little vanilla ice cream.........RAVES! We have a new minister..I was so nervous. He LOVED it! Will make again for sure!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
This is a terrific recipe! My boys LOVE them! The only difference is that I add a whole tsp. of vanilla and when I roll the balls I dip the top half in sugar and then the fork doesn't stick. Actually my boys use the fork and they LOVE it!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Great recipe, but like others I tweaked it a bit. I need to feed more so I added more chicken and but instead of doubling the potato flakes, I added crushed corn flake crumbs. I did the flour dredge and then the egg, and then into the potato, c. flake crumbs, and then parm. cheese and other herbs to taste. I too, did the garlic powder instead of g. salt. Then drizzled the melted butter over the top of the chicken pieces. SOOOOO GOOD!!! Yes, the bottom wasn't crunchy, but, its a keeper anyway. My kids loved it as well as the hubby!
