Spinach and Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
I made this on the weekend and my boyfriend and I loved it!!! I added asparagus, onion, green pepper and it was amazing!! Tonight I`m making it again and adding broccoli stems as well, should be yummy - dont let the `no sauce`thing scare you away it`s amazing.

Irish Spicy Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I cooked this a little longer than suggested and it was great. I don't think it was too spicy at all, just a little taste of spice lingers on your tongue after every bite, just right THX!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
If you have a serious sweet tooth for chocolate than try this recipe! I like many others did 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda. I tried to cook for 10 min. only and the ookies fell apart and I felt still needed more cooking although my daughter liked it like that. I ended up cooking the second batch for about 15 min and I liked the consistancy much better.

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
Like many others I never even thought of making my own cocktail sauce, I've always loved the can version. I made your recipe Al and let me tell you it's amazing, simple and ten times better than any canned version I have bought over the years!! I even made some with popcorn shrimp and brought it in for my friends at work and they were amazed!! LOVE IT!

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
There isn't much of a need for my comment, but this is GREAT!!!! I actually already had my "signature" salmon dish which was a blend of chilli powder, brown sugar, salmon marinated in pinneaple juice etc. but when I tried this my bf and I both agreed that this is the new replacement!!!!! My kitchen did smoke a bit, but I cooked the salmon on med-high and it wasn't unbearable, this is a must try and will be on my bi-weekly dinner rotation for a while!!!

Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Although I love banana bread I've never made it before so I based my choice on recipe on the reviews. This was a big hit in my house!! I baked it in little cupcake trays for "easy access" and they were so moist and delicious. I modified a little as I did not have all of the ingredients; I used sour cream instead of sour milk and I used crushed cashews as my nuts, but it turned out wonderful!!! Honestly this is a must-try it I had to put some away just to save some for lunches the next day!!!!
