Apricot Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
This is a recipe I got from a close friend of mine and I forgot to say add a bit of balsamic vinegar to the chicken towards the end of cooking. I also suggest warming the apricot preserves up for a few seconds so it distributes evenly. Try it and let me know what you think.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

If you don't have all the ingredients don't worry. I didn't add onion or parsley and then did my own little seasoning though. A very good dressing!

Dinosaur Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
This is great..i am not even down with it yet and i know it will turn out great. Betty Crocker offers a video that goes along with this cake to make decorating it a breeze. I have done the butterfly cake from them as well and it was a huge hit. Simple, simple, simple, but gives a very professional look. Pictures soon to come.

Old Fashioned Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
First pie ever and it is true that this comes out runny. I even added a little cornstarch to the recipe...about 2-3 tablespoons. I loved it anyway!!!! I used frozen strawberries that i had defrosted almost till soft. I think next time i may add more cornstarch, but we will see after it sits overnight.

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
Very good..first time ever making anything like this and it was great the next day too. I added blueberries(not too many) and that really made it good. As for changing the recipe, i like when people put their changes but can also agree with some and say it can get a little confusing. A few are OK but if it becomes a laundry list just make your own recipe.

They are great. I did make a few changes only because i didn't have chili sauce. So i added ketchup and added Franks Hot sauce and hot chili powder. I added a lot more brown sugar too.

I loved it!! Much like the sauce they serve at TGI Fridays. I didn't have tomato sauce so i substituted ketchup and it turned out just the same.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars II

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
Better than reeses peanut butter cups. I also used wax paper and put it out on a cutting board to cut into squares. I also cooled and stored in the fridge cause it was taking awhile to set. Turned out great and very rich/sweet.
