Easy OREO Truffles

SO EASY!!! I actually used wax in mine but they are incredible!! Especially mint oreos and peanut butter... just replace the cream cheese with peanut butter! YUMMO!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Best bars!!! Everyone in the office loved them. In fact three or four people came in for fourths!! My boyfriend thought the peanut butter part was grainy but personally I loved the flavor and texture! I would not explain it as a peanut buttercup because the peanut butter mix is not smooth but it was awesome and SOOOOOO EASY!!

Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Excellent fudge cupcake. Some of mine collapsed but it didn't matter as I was looking for a fudge brownie cupcake to put a fluff frosting to make smore cupcakes! EXCELLENT!!

EXCELLENT!!! Very moist and such a nice lemon flavor! I added some poppy seeds and again HUGE HIT at the office. Especially with a cream cheese frosting

Whoopie Pies VIII

Very good Whoopie pies! They baked perfect and were very easy to make. The only complaint I have is that they were a little dry. I brought them to the office and everyone said they were fantastic and all 32 were gone before lunch time!

Dark Chocolate Bacon Cupcakes

Awesome cake!! I used the fudge buttercream frosting recipe on this site and it is wicked good! I did chop my bacon in the food processor to get really tiny pieces and it was just awesome! Would absolutely make this cake again!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

I LOVED this broccoli salad. I thought the white wine vinegar was perfect! It was a hit and I will make it again for sure. I really liked the onion as directed because the vinegar tones it down quite a bit.

Lemon-Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Awesome cake!! This is the best lemon cake. The cake is moist and just enough lemon flavor without overwhelming your tastebuds! I did add some lemon juice to the frosting but it was great!

Moist Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

I gave this recipe one star because this is not the cake I thought it was. I was expecting more apparantly. I thought it was dense and dry. I was hoping for a moist rich lemon cake and it was absolutey not that! If you are looking for a cake do not try this as it was more like bread.

Best Beef Stroganoff

It was exactly how it should taste! I personally wouldn't add as much sour cream but that is a personal preference. It just wasn't a recipe I enjoyed but ONLY because it just wasn't my taste the recipe itself was awesome and easy to follow and it tasted like a gourmet chef created it!

Chicken Marsala

It was awesome! I didnt add butter or oil though I just sprayed the pan with pam and it was great plus I added onion and a splash of cream to lighten up the sauce a bit and it was awesome! Def would use it again!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

I really liked the flavor however when you add the cornstarch i would use a mixer over the stove to prevent clumping. Also i didnt have organge food coloring and I would use it in the future because something about your mind eating clear dripped sauce just didnt do it for me. But I will try again!
