Holiday Peppermint Bark

Have made this for church and library fund raising bake sales for a couple of years. Always sells well. This year I used Chocolate Peppermint candy canes, turned out festive looking and delicious.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Tried this recipe for St. Pat's dinner. I followed recipe, except I simmered it about 1-1/2 hours so I did not have to add anything to make gravy thicker. Although beer was a little pricey, it was worth using. I will definitely will make it again.

Ham Loaf II

I decided to use what was left of my Easter ham on a ham load, I looked in Allrecipes web site and found this one. It was simple to make (with the help of a food grinder), everything mixed easily and the finished product was delicious. This one is a keeper.
