I live on Ft. Lauderdale Beach with my longtime boyfriend. I don't have a big family but I love entertaining friends. I am a HUGE sports fan... mostly Philadelphia teams... my boyfriend is from Philly and I have found over the years that it just more fun to be on his side in these matters. :~) That said... being from Florida and graduating from FSU I do love my Seminoles. We often have lots of friends over for games so I really enjoy making appetizers, dips and such.

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing
This is a great recipe! I have made it several times since I first tried it a few months ago. As written is excellent, but on occasion I substituted the ancho chili paste with thai garlic chili paste and it is just a good.
