Marinated Baked Pork Chops
These were pretty tasty chops!! I followed the other reviewers and broiled them for the last 4 minutes so the glaze covered the chops nicely. I didn't have soy sauce, so I used some mesquite marinade I had, which gave it a zing, and also only used 1/4 of the oil. Spread garlic and onion powder to season the meat, put in the oven for 40 minutes, covered for the first half, uncovered for the last, for 1-in pork chops and they turned out nice and soft! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Mom's Shepherd's Pie
This was ok, but kind of dry. Next time, I will add more tomato sauce and less potatoes, since the potatoes seemed to make it more dry than it should have been. Still, my kids liked it, so I'm not complaining too much!

Berdean's Cube Steak
This is one of the best cubed steaks I ever made! My husband, who normally doesn't like cubed steak, said it was the best he's had in a long, long time, so he was very impressed! I did add some bello mushrooms and seasoned the flour more, but other than that, I followed the recipe and even cooked it for less time (1 1/2) and it still was very tender!! One thing-put in on low, not med.low so it doens't scorch your sauce, and then add a little cornstartch with some water at the end of cooking. Perfect! I will add this to my recipe box. Thx!!
