I make this every Sunday now and take a container to work for lunch. My my coworkers love it too. I love using Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa- it adds a slightly sweet and hot kick to the soup. Thanks!!

Granola be gone!

I made a mistake in the submission of the recipe the oat bran should be wheat germ. Sorry about the mix up- I am pregnant and have a bit of pregnancy brain going on!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I am a vegetarian so I didn't try this, but my family LOVED it. My hubby loved it so much he wanted me to make it the very next day for his parents. It's been 2 days and my in-law's are still saying how wonderful it was! My hubby said it is great leftver. Also, I forgot to add the ginger but I guess no one cared!
