Cheese Soup with Broccoli

Loved this! So easy and yummy! I left out the carrots and celery, but I'm sure it would be just as good with or without them!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
My kids devoured this (I avoided their "what's the green stuff?" question until after they decided that they liked it). I thought it was really good, but I did add onions and garlic and lots of salt and pepper as other reviewers recommended. I can imagine that it would be very bland without these additions. Next time I will probably saute the chicken first and make the sauce separately, then add the chicken in the end with the pasta. It did enjoy it, and it was very easy. I will definitely make it again, especially the way my kids loved it.

Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
This is one of my family's favorite recipes with a couple of adjustments...I use 2c. chicken broth with cream of celery soup, and pour 2 drained cans of Veg-All over the chicken and eggs. I also use only 1/4 c. butter in the crust. We love this!!!

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This is very similar to the recipe my mom used and was asked to bring to every family get together, church potluck, etc. For those of you who are afraid of the chocolate/vanilla combination, the vanilla only makes it more like milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. I think it's much better with both! I also like it with a only a cup of whipped topping with the cream cheese so you don't lose the cream cheese flavor. Also, this can be made and divided between 2 graham cracker crusts (it is fabulous with the Oreo ones), and you can substitute the pudding layer with almost anything. My favorite is with a can of Comstock Cherry Pie filling. The options are limitless! If you use the store bought graham cracker crusts, you can whip them up in no time, especially if you use fruit fillings!

Excellent! I added the butter with the rest of the ingredients, and they were delicious. I really liked the texture. I can't wait for leftovers today, and my girls are already asking for them!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

"I believe it's even better than my mom's!" One of the best compliments a man can give his wife! (Although he swears he'll never admit he said it if I tell on him!) My first time ever making stuffing, and it will definitely not be my last! This recipe was so easy, and so delicious...not just for Thanksgiving anymore!!

Fluffy Pink Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
Yummy! My husbands grandmother always made a similar recipe for holidays, but where we live we are not able to get Cool Whip, so I was searching for an alternative. I altered this recipe a little, leaving out the peaches and bananas, and using white marshmallows. It was delicious!!!
