Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This was excellent--I did put the flour mixture into a ziplock bag and coated the meat first; saute the beef quickly with onion until brown and then threw it into the crock pot. I also added more garlic and I used a packet of McCormicks beef stew mix.

Fried Onion Rings

Once we got our technique down (double dipped onion rings in batter and made sure the oil was definetly hot enough--makes a huge difference!)...these were out of this world! We could have ate a whole second batch! Loved them--thank you!

Jagerschnitzel

This was wonderful! I just had the schnitzel(loved it) as I do not like mushrooms but my husband loved the Jagerschnitzel! Reminded us so much of Germany! Thank you!

Crispy Orange Beef

This is so good! I have made it like the recipe and it is great but I like it a little better with the follow adjustments for our family. I let the meat sit in the cornstarch for about 10 minutes, shake off excess and then fry (used peanut oil). I also cut the sugar down by half and doubled the sauce. SOOO good. Thank you!

Acorn Squash

This was so good! First time we have had acorn squash but it won't be the last! I read the reviews and cut a lot of the steps out and just cooked them about 1 hour with the butter/sugar mixture. Added nutmeg/cinnamon and topped with pecons when done! Wonderful!! Thank you!

Glazed Whole Beets

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

This was very good. I had not made broccoli cheese soup before and was a little nervous, so I read all the reveiws. Used 1/2 cup heavy cream then the rest milk to make 2/3 cup. Used 4 oz cheddar/4 oz velvetta cheese. It was so easy and so good! Thank you!!
