I'm a drama teacher/service provider that loves to cook. recently i began a 'baking day' and my roommates and neighbors love it! I grew up with a mom that worked mostly nights so i often voluteered to cook dinner for me and my four brothers. It started out with basics like mac n' cheese and hot dogs and before i knew it my mom was leaving me recipes for oven roast and creamy garlic mashed potatoes by the time i was 13. I love using my oven... currently my favorite baked good is banana bread with lots of cinnomin and no nuts (mom's got an allergy) I swear we made meatballs at least once a week... slow cooked in a crock pot... garlic and mozzarella stuffed chicken... thought to myself this sounds good... and everyone loved it I once for got to put water inteh pot when boiling mashed potatoes!
