Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes
I have other pancake recipes that are good, but this is better than any of them. I have never seen a pancake recipe that didn't call for baking powder. Soda and powder are similar but powder, I believe, has somthing else added to it. I think it is cream of tarter. Anyone know what there differences are, please share. Anyways I did use 1 and1/4 cup buttermilk, I don't like real thick batter, it was still thick but awsome. I used half the salt, 1tsp vanilla, 1 Tbls sugar, and put blueberries in each cake after on griddle. Made 5 six in cake. Best!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
are you using red or green enchilada sauce, I like red but that seems like it would be a little weird with cream of chicken soup.

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire
I like xtreem hot and a little sweet. I used 30 peppers no molasses, no brown sugar, a kids snack size of mandarin oranges cuz thats what I had, 1/4 C honey, 1/8 C mustard, and followed the rest. Very good. Its hard to find habanero extract sauces in Minnesota so this wull do it for me. Ill put this on everything. Caution my wife and kids wont touch this becuz they know how I like heat, but it is not too xtreem. Oh and I like other reviews cut the salt almost in half. Awesome!!
