Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

This was good, however I used unrefined seasalt for mine and it turned out SUPER salty. I think the amount of salt needs to be decreased if you plan on using an unrefined product. otherwise, yumm :)

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
These were a huge hit!!! Take the advice from others, Dry the wings first, then let them sit with the flour mixture in the fridge uncovered for longer than an hour. Then Bake them on a rack so the juices drip down. I also increased the baking temp to 425 and cooked 50 mins. They were AWESOME. My guests kept complimenting on how good they were for baked wings :) Thanks for the recipe! Super Bowl was a hit!

Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
Great recipe when you find yourself with no powder sugar. We increased the vanilla and left out the almond due to taste preference. Thanks for the recipe. It saved me, as my sticky buns were in the oven when I realized I had no powdered sugar :)

they baked beautifully, looked great, were moist, but they really lacked pumpkin flavor. Next time I will add 1 cup pumpkin, and more spices.
