Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

Love this sauce! Used this at the bbq I had this weekend. Nothing but raves for this sauce. Hubby told me to make sure I never lose this recipe.

Sangria! Sangria!

Made this for my weekend bbq and it was a huge hit. Used apples, pears, cherries and mangoes. My only grip is I didn't double the recipe. Next time I know better. Can't wait to make this again.

These kabobs were the hit of my bbq. They were put on skewers with colorful pepers and cherry tomatoes. I used Big Al's KC Bbq sauce from this site to base them while cooking. Unbelieveably good. Will make again and again. Thanks Christine for a great recipe.

Lemon Lover's Pound Cake

This recipe was amazing. The only change I made was shift the dry ingredents to make the cake more light and fluffy. UPDATE: I've made this cake many times and the middle was always a little under cooked. I reduced the temp to 325 and baked for an hour 45 mins. It seem to do the trick. Love this recipe.
