Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Wonderful & moist. I substituted 1/2 cup of te oil with applesauce. My whole family loved it!

Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

I liked it (and my guests did too) but I can't say it turned out fabulous. I adding a little butter at the end (per some of the reviews) but it just didn't do much to enhance the flavor. Will try again with some adjustments. Maybe more salt for the final step or fresh herbs instead of dried? Will try again.

Milk Moose Punch

Great smooth drink for a Christmas party. We added some cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg which made it extra special along with a little more eggnog. It was liked by all!
