Red Velvet Cake I
This has the same ingredience that my old recipe has, except I have 4 T cocoa and 1 cup oil and 2 cups sugar. and I double the frosting. Iam so glad to see the right orginal frosting and NOT cream cheese. I'am a cake decorator and get ask to make this recipe alot, and a family favorite all around. Thanks

Summer Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
This ia almost the same as the one I've been making for years except I put everything in a large sauce pan on top of the stove and cook everything until it thickened up and I can taste it to be sure its right, I have found over the years that the flavor depends on the the berries and rhubarb being used, sometimes they are not as sweet as other times. There is nothing more up setting than having used all the ingredients and having your pie come out too tart or too sweet. Anyway I let my mixture cool abit then put a lattice top on and bake. I do this with all my fruit pies, and it works everytime.

Oven Fried Chicken III
this recipe was very good. however the 2nd time I made this I used 2 boxes of stove top stuffing mix crushed and after dipping in the mayo I rolled in the stuffing instead of bread crumbs. My family liked this both ways thanks for the recipe.
