Farmer's Strata
This turned out better than it sounded. The consistency is perfect - more like a souffle than a strata. I'll make it again without any changes.

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
This is one of the best recipes I have found for oven-fried chicken. The unusual combination of spices was delicious and the chicken was very moist. Thanks for sharing ~ this is a keeper!
