Pan Seared Salmon I

Just got done making (and eating) this. VERY good, had a nice crust and great flavor. The Capers were great because it cut some of the fattiness of the fish. Thanks for this Recipe!

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

Home-style Tacos al Pastor (Chile and Pineapple Pork Tacos)

I could not give this more than 3 stars. I followed the Recipe exactly but it had virtually no flavor (and I marinated the pork overnight). I did add plenty of Adobo, but this definitely needs some good old fashioned SALT. It didn't taste bad, but for all the work this was, it was not worth it and that was really disappointing. I will stick with a different recipe.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I loved it. Didn't have Onion Flakes though, so I used 1/2 tsp Onion Powder instead. Other than that, left the Recipe as is, didn't need any Changes in my Opinion. Was enough for many, many Sandwiches.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

The only Thing I changed about the Recipe is that I used Whole Wheat Flour instead of All Purpose and Canola Oil instead of Vegetable. Great Tasting Cornbread!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I must have made this about half a Dozen Times by now. The ONLY Change I made was: I put a Can of Chicken Broth in the Bottom of the Roasting Pan and basted two to three Times. Oh my Gosh, the BEST Chicken I have ever had!

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

Wow! These were absolutely incredible! Definitely 5 Stars for the Taste. Making them, however, was a bit of a Hassle I must say. It wasn't really clear how much of the Butter/brown Sugar Mixture to put in the Bottom of each Muffin Cup. I guess I put in too much because I didn't have enough, had to basically double what the Recipe said. Then it also didn't say what Size of Muffin Pan to use, but from one of the submitted Pictures I assumed they were the "big ones". I only have one of those Muffin Pans and they only hold 6. It was a lengthy Progress, had to re-use the same Muffin Pan 3 times. This Recipe made 17 Mini Cakes for me.

Banana Raisin Cake

Awesome! However: I had to get rid of the Bananas but had no Raisins so I used Chocolate Chips. Only used 1 tsp Vanilla (all I had) and a Splash of Orange Extract. Also, I used 1 Cup of Splenda/Suger Mix instead of the 2 Cups of white Sugar. Very happy with the Outcome and will definitely make again with the Raisins!

Lemon Chicken Tenders

I'm sorry, I really wanted to like this. It just didn't work for me. I may make this again without breading the Chicken. Or frying instead of baking. It was just way too dry for my Taste and not enough Flavor to it. I may also skip the Curry next time.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

I'd give it 5 Stars for just the Pork by itself, but not with the Sauce. I don't see it as a Mustard Sauce, since it tasted like Horseradish! I had to add at least another half a cup of Sour Cream just to take the "Edge" off, it was just way too spicy with all that Mustard Powder. In my Opinion anyway, no Way my Kids could have eaten it. I marinated the Pork overnight and it came out delicious and moist! Took about 75 Minutes to cook and was well done.
