When I returned from Paris I HAD to try my hand at making French Macaroons! Notoriously finicky to make, I was thrilled to find success my first time around! It's one of my favorite culinary achievements. I made a batch of Raspberry and a batch using the Fresh Lime Curd recipe from this site.
