This is a keeper! I tried to stick to the recipe, which would be great, but did kick it up to suit our family's taste. I doubled it. I added a tsp of minced garlic, and doubled the curry. I used half n half. I didn't add the salt and used a low sodium better than bouillon chicken stock with water and used brown rice. I loved it! It was great topped with non-fat yogurt, too. ***made this again, tripled the recipe omitted the flour, use brown rice, milk, and added garlic, and doubled the curry. Pureed then added the chicken and served topped with nonfat yogurt! It tasted amazing, still! And the leftovers will be even better! My daughter has been begging for me to make this soup again since the first time we made it!
