Cauliflower Au Gratin

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2013
The cauliflower absorbed all of the sauce. It turned out perfect. One head made a full Pyrex dish. Will def. use the sauce again for potatoes, and make THIS dish again.

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
Very easy, and inexpensive to make. My kids did not like the nutmeg at all. Going now to make another batch with vanilla. I got 24, but they didn't rise way up like muffins, bite size like donut holes. Could be that my baking powder is too old.

Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
I received this in my e-mail and accidently read cornflake crumbs. I loved it, but my habby insists there was an "aftertaste". I really liked the slight Garlic flavor and the kids ate it too. I used jarred minced garlic, and prob. won't use as much next time. I plan onmaking this again, only using less garlic than I did, and using breadcrumbs. The cornflake crumbs didn't crisp at all.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
These turned out great! I made one batch and got 53 cookies. I added Raisinettes, and they are yummy! I didn't refrigerate them, so I didn't press them down. I added a bit of Nutmeg and 1 tsp. of Cinnamon.

White Cake Frosting I

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
This is almost exactly my mother-in-law's recipe from the bakery. I finally found a recipe that includes the butter flavor, and not butter! The butter flavor (and clear vanilla) keeps the icing pure white. This is perfect, and I'm so glad to have found it!

Trisha's Game Day Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
I make this for almot every party I go to. I use Ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. Also it can be made ahead of time, w/o the cheddar. When you heat it up add the cheddar. Perfect on crackers. We even make it for a snack at our houseand heat as needed.

Wonderful Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
This meatloaf was super easy to throw together. I added an egg, since I made it early am for my husband to cook after work. We both loved it, and our 10 month old gobbled it up too!
