Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
good, i didnt mash the potatoes, and only mashed the beans partly. flavors were great!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
very easy to assemble and taste wonderful. my husband doesn't really like cottage cheese but it works so well in this recipe, he eat it right up.

World's Best Lasagna
WONDERFUL!! The flavors meld so well, I didn't have to change a thing about the recipe, the meat sauce was incredible! Even the leftovers tasted great!
