Quick and Easy Stuffed Peppers

Great recipe. I decided to do it the stove top/oven way. Used basmatti rice, petite cut stewed tomatoes (garlic and olive oil) and chickpeas. Added salt as well and both my mom and enjoyed them!! Next time will try a "Mexican" twist with a salsa base. Thanks for sharing!!!

Best Banana/Banana Nut Ice Cream Ever!

Great recipe thanks for sharing. I made a bit of changes as follows. I only had a 2L ice cream maker so I used about 1 - 1.5 cups ripe mashed bananas to top off to the 2L. I used 4 cups of whipping cream, 1 cup 2% milk and I made a mistake and instead of getting plain sweetened condensed milk I got dulce de leche version - and a yummy mistake!!! I mixed all very well using my kitchen aid. DELICIOUS!!!!

Roquefort Dressing

Delicious!! I made some homemade butter and was wondering what to do with the buttermilk. I ended up using Gorgonzola cheese and it was super good. Thanks for sharing. A definite keeper!

Val's Home Made Cheese With Garlic and Cayenne

Thanks for the recipe!! It turned out, even though I was pretty sure it would not. I did not stir the whole time. I stirred every so often gently, but I noticed that the whey went from the greenish-yellow clear color to a more cloudy one. I ended up using whole (3.25%) milk as well as 3.25% buttermilk. I also have an accurate thermometer. End product looks like the photo and is delicious!!!

Garlic and Basil Goat Cheese

I had access to a thermometer and based on some previous cheese making experience warmed the goat milk up to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. I had never worked with Basil before and as I was cutting it up I was surprised at the strong aroma. I cut back a bit, but upon reflection, the creaminess of the cheese really does subdue the basil and now wish I had added all the Basil that was called for. Garlic added a nice touch!! Super easy to make!!! I used about 6 pinches of course salt (without additives; like the kind used for pickling). Thanks a bunch for sharing!! Next time I will try with different herb combinations!!
