Danish Pastry Apple Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2013
Don't understand why some had problems with this crust. It was by far the easiest I have ever worked with. Cannot wait for my husband to get home to see his treat tonight!

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
I love this recipe. Call it swiss chicken bake, and there is never anyone who complains about the "mouse cheese". Obviously, they don't even know it's in there. For personal preference, I have always cut the bread crumbs down to 1/2 Cup, I also use Italian Bread Crumbs for that little extra flavor. I omit the milk, and use either white wine or water. Either one works well, and this is an awesome dish.

Mark's Cabbage and Hamburger Delight

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
This was an easy dish to prepare, and had good taste. I had to add more liquid, as it cooked it up quite a bit. Good aroma and good comfort food.

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
Just made these today. Only had 1 jalapeno, so I did not seed it. Used Italian Bread Crumbs, as that was what I had in my cupboard. Flavor was excellent. The only thing I would change is the amount of black pepper. I am a pepper fan, but 1 tbsp for a lb of meat was a bit much.

Green Chile Frittata

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
I have made this for years, and love it. The difference in my recipe is that I add one stick of melted butter, 1lb co-jack cheese, and two cans diced green chilis. Ate it for breakfast today topped off with my canned salsa.
