Hot Asiago and Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Great recipe, but I think it tastes better after chilling in the refrigerator and serving cold.

Cherry Almond Smoothie

What a nice flavor!- A little too fatty for me, so I did change a couple things- I used Fat Free yogurt and instead of half & half used 1/4 cup FF whipped topping- still thick and delicious!

Much better than store bought! I enjoyed this easy recipe and using my food processor made all the difference- no lumpy hummy!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Light and Fresh! I added some fresh diced tomatoes from the garden and it was just right! Other reviewers are correct--sugar can be reduced to taste-it was just a little too sweet.

Fresco Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Fresh, Fresh, Fresh! An AWESOME recipe to use up those tomatoes from the garden that seem to come all at once- only 1 suggestion: Add 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic-YUM! & the whole lime is not too much. I recently made a double batch and served as an appetizer paired with tortilla chips for a dinner party- My guests were demanding to know what "brand" of salsa this was!!! I referred them all to this recipe. :-)

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
AWSOME! I am impressed! Fluffy and sweet! You would never know there is zucchini in the mix. I did take advice from other reviewers and cut the oil in half substituting with apple sauce. I also used a crumble topping-no need for butter that way! I made this in litle loaves to share with my neighbors. Bake time for these loaves was 20 min. My friends and neighbors loved the bread, and I loved the results~Definately a 5 star recipe!
