Speedy Homemade Salsa

This was as really easy and good. You could do this and think you are sitting at the restaurants eating chips and salsa before the food comes out.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Loved it. Had to sub ricotta cheese fat free for 1/2 of cream cheese pkg. and had to up to 1 cup Parmesan since did not have Romano. Also used fresh spinach. Had to use combination of cheddar and mozzarella as it was on hand. Results superb.

Best Ever Brisket

I would cook this brisket longer than 3 hours. You could go into 4-5 hours. It was great.

The Best Mashed Potatoes
