Mini Salmon Loaf

A little dry, but very, very yummy. We loved the dill sauce, I switched around the portions of sour cream & mayo, as I wanted to hide the mayo taste from my mayo-hating hubby, but other than that, I followed the recipe pretty closely. I added a little extra lemon juice to the dip, and a touch more sugar.

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)

Although this dish didn't look particularly appetizing, it tasted amazing! My husband declared that he loves spinach cooked this way- I will definitely make this again.

Beef Stew VI

We loved this beef stew! For some reason, I always thought making beef stew would be quite complicated- but it wasn't- this is an easy & tasty recipe that has gone into my "dinner staples" recipe collection.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

I served this cheesecake to my husband's family-and they LOVED it! My husband's grandmother has dementia, so I got complimented on this cheesecake over and over again- we love her!

Tasty 2-Step Chicken

This recipe is so easy & tasty! I added basil, rosemary, parsley & sage, and the sauce tasted like I had made it from scratch. I will definitely add this one to my staple recipes.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

Yummy! I like to make my baking powder biscuits only using whole wheat flour, but using half all-purpose flour makes them taste much better! Try adding fresh dill weed or fresh parsley to these biscuits.

Vegan Red Lentil Soup

Yummy! I played with the amounts- and I agree with the reviewer who called this recipe versatile. I used more garlic, onion & ginger than the recipe called for- but that's how we like it! And it smelled wonderful while cooking- mmmmm- the curry powder is absolutely necessary.
