Honestly cooking stresses me out. I can only follow recipes. I don't really understand the chemistry of cooking and have a hard time creating. I do love it when it works out and tastes great. But, the timing gets me, that's when I get stressed. Well that, and I'm always trying to read the recipe while I'm cooking. Lucky for me, my boyfriend gets relaxed while he's cooking. For some reason though I still like trying and am always up for a good recipe.

Best Oatmeal Cookies
They are like really, really, really, thin oatmeal cookies. My husband likes them because they look ridiculous and I won't share them with anyone else.
