Dorsey's Fried Oysters
I like mine very crispy, so after removing from the batter, I dredged them in a mixture of panko and mashed potato flakes. Perfect!!

Profanity Salmon
I didn't have teriyaki sauce, so I used Yoshida's. I also added more wasabi, some horseradish, a little bit of soy sauce, (I thought it was a little bit sweet), and some lemon juice. Baked it in the oven...Delicious! I'll definitely make this again....

Steff's Shepherd Pie
I made this last night, and my husband and son really enjoyed it. I didn't have the exact ingredients so I used what I had...instead of green beans I grated up a bunch of carrot, chopped up two small turnips and a red pepper. Instead of cream of mushroom, I had tomato bisque or cheddar cheese. I doubled the recipe and used both. What I like most about it is the versatility - you can use any veggies you want, and your teenage son will never know! A great way to use up leftovers!
