PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

I baked the cheesecake exactly as the directions said, but I did not have the right pan so I used a normal pie pan. It came out GREAT! My husband was actually glad it was thinner and not as thick- so i am going to keep using the pie pan. i am making this again for a party. it wasn't too sweet, which sometimes cheesecakes can be. i absolutely loved it!!! Winner recipe.

Carrot Cake III

I followed the directions ALMOST exactly. I used less carrots then said simply because I do not like to taste carrot bits when I chew it, but besides that I did as the directions said to. The cake came out great!! It was very moist, did sink a little in the center but the frosting hid it. As for the frosting, it was kind of "runny" I was worried but after frosting the cake, I let it set for an hour before serving. Glad I did because it "harden" up a bit. Tasted great! This is a winner of a recipe!

Four Cheese Macaroni

I thought this was a pretty good dish. It was easy to make. I went to the store late and could not order Munster from the Deli so I used double cheddar instead. It tasted good but I did not enjoy the "egg" texture of the dish. I think next time I make this, I won't use egg as others had said not to and use more cheese. My husband said he really liked it and would like me to take it again, so score for the DH

Banana Banana Bread

It was very easy to make and very moist. I could taste the banana but did not think it was sweet enough. I think I will add more sugar on the suggestion of other users. I am keeping this recipe and will make it again.

Chicken Spaghetti II

It was just ok. Not great, not bad. It definitly could use less velvita, it tasted so much like cheese and not chicken. I added rotel and it did help a little. My husband ate his plate and I did eat most. I may make again when I have all the ingredients and don't feel like cooking a major meal.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

I used this to put on top of the recipe Too Much Chocolate Cake which is on this site as well. i didnt care for it, b/c it was all so much chocolate but everyone else seemed to love it. so its just me! but i will use this glaze again to cover brownies and other cakes. i didnt have vanilla but it still worked great and tasted good!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I as well used the recipe Satiny Chocolate Glaze for the glaze on top of the cake. It was for sure Chocolately! My husband said it was good, i personally did not care for it. I made it for my husband's office and he said everyone else likes it, so maybe it is just me, but i'll make it again for party's and such... but again, not for me.

It was ok, it cracked which could be my fault or not... and i didn't care about that. i thought it was way too sweet and not as great as others have said. it was just ok. i have made better. but it was fun to try.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

This was good and pretty easy. I read the comments about not tasting much peanut butter so i added more as well, wish i added even more! it was good, i also used a little less chocolate chips, but it was real fun! i made them big and thick and added vanilla ice cream on top while they were warm. so yummy!
