Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Strata
I made this without the bread (gluten free) but used 2 tsp baking powder to give it fluffyness/ Also added 1 c pico de gallo and reduced the half and half to 1 cup. Family loved it! I'll definitely make again.

Rum Sauce
Absolutely the best! I've mde rum sauce for bread pudding over 30 years; this is the easiest and very best. Only suggestion is to be sure to stir before serving.

Bread Pudding II
This is the best bread pudding so far. I made 25 servings for a senior center and was told by some of the ladies in their 90's it was "just like Mama used to make". I substituted day old french bread for the white bread. It worked like a charm. I served it with a light rum sauce. UMMMM..delicious!
